Ambawadi is a leafy older suburb between Law Garden and the 132 Feet Ring Road, with a quieter, more cultural calendar than the highway belt. Parimal Garden, an 8.5-acre municipal park with a pond, walkway and amphitheatre, anchors the neighbourhood. The Shreyas Foundation campus on Shreyas Tekra houses a folk museum and school grounds used for cultural programmes,. School and college grounds here, including the Sheth C. N. Vidyavihar campus, are regular addresses for exhibitions, craft fairs and community garba, and the cafés around Manekbaug and Nehrunagar host small workshops and open mics.
