Things to do in Bopal & Shela

Bopal, South Bopal and Shela are the fast-growing townships beyond the Sardar Patel Ring Road on Ahmedabad's western edge. The main event address is Club O7 in Shela, a large private club with lawns, a convention centre and banquet halls that sells tickets to concerts, garba nights, food festivals and New Year parties as well as hosting members. MICA, the communications school, has its campus here and runs student festivals. South Bopal's restaurant strips and weekend markets serve the surrounding apartment complexes, and farm-style lawns along the ring road take weddings and corporate events. BRTS buses reach Bopal, but Shela venues need a cab or your own vehicle.
