About Karnavati Club
Karnavati Club, founded in 1989, is one of the two big members' clubs on SG Highway and a fixture of Ahmedabad's social calendar. The campus has sports facilities, restaurants, residential rooms, gardens and large lawns, and the club is known across the city for its Navratri garba, New Year celebrations, musical nights and festival events for members and their guests. Its lawns and halls are also hired for weddings, exhibitions, lifestyle and jewellery shows and corporate functions, which is how most non-members end up here. Entry to club-run events is normally restricted to members and their signed-in guests, for whom the club levies a guest charge, while exhibitions and privately organised shows on its grounds sell tickets or allow open entry.
